What types of metal are used for the earrings?
I also have sensitive ears, so I have felt your pain! I only use stainless steel or nickel-free metals.
What is your return/exchange policy?
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But if you have an issue with your order, please reach out so we can work through it together.
What is your payment policy?
Payments in person at vendor events are made through PayPal, Venmo, and Zettle by PayPal as well as by cash. All major credit and debit cards are accepted in person and for online purchases.
How long does processing and shipping take?
When I shop online, I want to receive my package QUICKLY! That's why I keep updated inventory numbers in my online shop so you can know that you will receive your order sooner rather than later! I package and ship orders within 48 hours after you place your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the shipping label has been created and a tracking number is available.
Standard shipping is free for orders of $50.00 and more!
Local delivery is available to Spring Hill and Thompson’s Station, TN residents on orders with a minimum subtotal of $20.00. If you have specific requests or questions about your local delivery, please email Sara at handmadeinspringhill@gmail.com
Do you offer international shipping?
No, currently I am only able to ship within the U.S.

You are purchasing handmade goods designed and created with love by Sara. The items you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to being handmade. Products can contain small component parts which may present a choking hazard if ingested. Handmade in Spring Hill products are not recommended or intended for children under the age of 13 and should be kept out of the reach of young children or other individuals likely to ingest the product(s) or its component parts. Customer agrees that the use of Handmade in Spring Hill products is entirely at the customer’s own risk and without warranty.
